At Access Self Storage we offer a range of office space to rent for businesses of all sizes – from start-ups requiring a small office, right through to larger organisations needing several hundred square feet of space.

Our flexible office space can be rented on short or long term basis, with all basic services included in the monthly cost.

You also have the option to add extra services such as meeting room hire, telephone answering and on-site business storage at any time. We’re also looking forward to offering our customers more office services soon, such as broadband and telephony.

    Office rental costs

    We’re pleased to offer great value flexible office rental. Your fixed monthly fee includes business rates, heating, lighting, electricity, water and service charges, making it easy to manage your costs.

    Our office rental prices are bespoke for every customer, depending on the size and location of the office. Use our quote tool to get a price from your local store within one business day.

    Other than your rental fee, there are three other types of costs to pay before you move in to your office:

    Deposit –  your deposit is equivalent to 1 month ‘s fully inclusive rent .

    Legal fees– the solicitor’s fee for setting up the office rental agreement

    Insurance – as part of your rental, you’ll need to arrange office contents insurance, and to provide us with a copy. This is a requirement for office rental everywhere in the UK.

    Once you’ve moved in, it’s up to you if you’d like to arrange for your phone lines to be connected. If you would, you can arrange phone charges directly with your service provider.

    And if you require more electricity than your contract covers, we can arrange for you to pay for it using a metre.

    Mailboxes and mailing addresses – rent a physical mailbox or mailing address at one of our stores and benefit from a professional business address for your company,  as opposed to using a home address or a PO Box . Receive your business post in one centralised location, and choose to have it forwarded on to you by our store team or collect it in person at a time that suits you.

    Courier services – all of our stores are DHL Service Points, meaning our staff can manage deliveries and send outbound parcels on your behalf all over the world.
