Our offices are bright and spacious, as well as being accessible 24 hours a day. The property features secure pin code entry and CCTV. Offices can be rented on a short-term basis from as little as 3 months. With a choice of offices from 130 to 450 sq. ft. and configurable space up to 1,000 sq. ft. we can comfortably serve businesses from 1 to 20 employees.
Our Chelsea offices are supplied unfurnished and come with kitchen facilities and access to additional storage. The office building used to be an iron works factory and now it hosts many creatives across different disciplines of fashion, interior design and events.
These office spaces are adjacent to our storage facility where we can provide storage units from 10 to 250 sq. ft. for rent.

Fulham Broadway and West Brompton stations are within walking distance and both offer the District line, as well as Network Rail. Alternatively, Imperial Wharf is less than ten minutes away on foot and provides London Overground service. Buses also operate in the area, creating another option for commuters.
