With a choice of offices from 125 to 400 sq. ft. and configurable space up to 2,050 sq. ft. we can comfortably serve businesses from 1 to 41 employees. Our flexible contracts give you the freedom on where your business is based as you are not tied into a long-term commitment with us.
Our King's Cross office spaces are rented unfurnished, and the rental cost is fully inclusive. Each office is equipped with air conditioning, and you will have full access to shared kitchen and toilet facilities. Our offices are fitted with unique PIN code access and an intercom so you can easily manage the arrival and departure of your visitors and couriers.
And situated near one of London’s biggest transport hubs, you have the flexibility of a wide range of transport to get to your office. The King's Cross Store is located on Vale Royal, a short walk from Coal Drops Yard, Granary Square and both King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, giving you the option of travelling to your office via underground, train, bus and bike.
Sited adjacent to our offices we provide convenient storage facilities. Should you need extra low-cost space to store supplies or run your operations from we have storage units from 10 to 550 sq.ft. for rent.
Our friendly reception staff are on hand Monday – Friday 07:30 - 18:00, Saturday 08:30 - 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00. Outside of reception hours, we provide extended access to your office from 7:30 to 23:00 so that you can work to your time frame.
