Get a QuoteWith a choice of offices from 265 to 510 sq. ft. and configurable space up to 1,000 sq. ft. we can comfortably serve businesses from 1 to 20 employees. Our flexible contracts give you the freedom on where your business is based as you are not tied into a long-term commitment with us.
Our Sydenham offices are rented unfurnished and the rental cost is fully inclusive. Each office is equipped with air conditioning and heating and you will have full access to shared kitchen and toilet facilities. Our offices are fitted with unique PIN code access and an intercom so you can easily manage the arrival and departure of your visitors and couriers.
Sited adjacent to our offices we provide state-of-the-art storage facilities. Should you need extra low-cost space to store supplies or run your operations from we have storage units from 10 to 600 sq. ft. for rent.
Our friendly reception staff are on hand Monday – Friday 08.30 - 18.00, Saturday 08.30 - 17.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 16.00. Outside of reception hours, we provide extended access to your office so that you can work to your time frame.

Access Sydenham offices ('A' on the map below) are situated on Stanton Way just off Southend Lane. Ideal for commuters living in Crystal Palace, Beckenham, Bromley or Croydon. A 35-minute commute gets you from London Bridge to Lower Sydenham Station. Lower Sydenham station is a 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the office. Parking is available on-site, and Bell Green Retail Park is just an 8-minute walk away.
