  • The size of unit you opt for. We offer various units from 9 square feet to 500 square feet
  • How long you store your belongings with us for
  • Which service you go for. We provide self storage units, business storage and packaging. If you need delivery, we are even a DHL partner
  • Whether you’re using any of our current offers

We have a range of student storage deals, and each of our stores offers 50% off for the first eight weeks of your stay

Remember, no matter which unit or business service you opt for, all of the following are included as standard in the price:

  • 24/7 CCTV monitoring
  • Gated and fenced perimeters
  • Extended access to your unit at no extra cost – even when the main reception is closed!
  • Access to a forklifting service and our pallet trucks for heavy items
  • Flexibility on unit size so you can upgrade or downgrade whenever it suits you
  • Large vehicle access and covered loading bays

What about all the admin fees?

Booking & deposit:
You’ll be glad to hear that we don’t charge any booking fees or ask for a deposit

To secure your self storage unit we simply ask for a £10 reservation fee which is deducted from your first rental balance or refunded if you decide to cancel. 

You can book your exact unit immediately once the paperwork is complete! 

Cancellation:

We don’t charge any cancellation fees either, we only ask that you provide us with seven days’ notice when you do decide to move out. 

Extra storage unit add-ons


To help take the hassle out of moving your things into storage, we offer a selection of services and extras to make things as stress free as possible. 

If you’re moving home, we have a range of removal partners around the country that can source a van (and some helping hands) to help you move your things. Ask in your local branch for more details. 
Our comprehensive range of packaging materials, including boxes, bubble wrap and accessories like sellotape and padlocks is also readily available in store in the reception area. 

If you don’t fancy picking up your extras in store, we also deliver for free on orders over £80!

Storage insurance


Having storage insurance is required by law in the UK. So, to help keep your things safe and keep things convenient for you, each of our stores offers its own self storage insurance policy starting at just £13 a month on top of our standard self storage prices. 

If you already have an insurance policy there is no obligation to use our insurance service. If you are thinking of using your own household insurance, you can discuss all the terms with one of our friendly members of staff. To find out more information, check out our self storage insurance page. 

Storage by the box


Outside of our flexible self storage unit offering, we also offer a Box Storage service if you live within the M25. 
If you only have a few items that need storing and are looking to reduce your storage costs, we can pick them up and deliver them back to you for as little as £3 per box. It’s incredibly easy, all you need to do is pack your things!
