Is the app available for my store?

You will receive an email when the Access Self Storage app is ready to use at your store.

How do I download the App to my smart phone?

The Access Self Storage app is available for most iOS and Android phones from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Just search for Access Self Storage and install it on your phone.

Does it cost anything to download or use the App?

No, the App is free to download and use as part of your monthly storage fee. There are no additional charges.

How do I log into the Access Self Storage app?

Log into the app using the same email address and password that you use to login into your online account on the website. You would have initial chosen this when you joined Access Self Storage.

If you need to register, you can do so by visiting the My Account page on this website.

How do I use the Access Self Storage app to enter the store gate, shutters or doors?

Your personal PIN was provided to you when you first started storing with us.  Please always use the app to view your personal PIN as the code may change. If you have extended hour access, this app will replace the daily temporary gate code email you receive. 

What do I do if the PIN code does not work?

Ensure you have a good mobile signal to access the app security system. If the PIN code does not work, please contact the store.

Can I use the app to manage my account including viewing my invoices, payments and making a payment?

Yes. Tap the Account Overview button at the bottom of the screen and choose the service you require.

Can I use the app to find the address and opening hours of my store?

Yes. Tap on the Info icon at the bottom of the screen to see your store details. You can use the menu at the top of the screen to choose a different store.

What if I don’t have a smart phone to install the App?

If you don’t have a smart phone, please speak with the store to arrange your PIN code to be sent to you by SMS text.

What if I forget to bring my phone with me?

You must have your phone with you so that you can see your current random PIN code.

How secure my PIN code?

Your personal PIN code is only known to you. None of our staff have access to your PIN. You PIN can only be seen via your personal login to your account on the App and the PIN is randomised and changes frequently. You can secure you phone as normal with your own phone passcode and optionally other bio-metric security such as fingerprints or facial recognition.

How do I add additional users to my storage account?

In your Account Overview screen tap on Additional Users. You can then add or remove additional users by entering their name and email address, plus accepting terms and conditions.
