When you come to move in at Access, there are a few things you will need to bring with you:
- Two forms of ID: your passport or driving licence plus its counterpart, and a recent utility bill or bank statement
- Your personal contact details including an email address if available
- Two alternative contact names, addresses and telephone numbers
- The total value of your goods for insurance requirements – we can arrange this for you
- A padlock (or you can buy one in store)
- A credit/debit card or cheque (unfortunately we cannot accept cash)
- To arrive at least one hour before the store's closing time
What not to store
For the safety of all our customers and their goods, the following items cannot be stored:
- Explosives, gas canisters, firearms or ammunitions
- Hazardous, toxic or radioactive goods, and aerosol cans
- Gas canisters e.g. for barbecues or caravan use
- Pollutants, contaminated goods or waste
- Illegal goods, cash or securities
- Perishable goods, live animals or plants
Please also remember:
- Any fuel tanks (e.g. lawnmowers or cars), are fully drained
- Refrigeration equipment is defrosted and dry, and the door left open to allow air circulation and to prevent mould
