As one of the largest operators in the UK, and the biggest in London, we're always looking for new sites to expand our service. We've purchased 25 properties in just two years and are actively looking for well-located land for new-build storage centres as well as existing buildings suitable for conversion.
Suitable sites and properties should be:
- Sites from 0.8 acres to 10 acres
- Existing buildings of 20,000 sq ft and above
- Freehold only
- Main road frontage and prominence
- Located in the UK
- Development sites
- Be in densely populated urban areas
We respond quickly to all opportunities forwarded to us and appropriate fees will be paid for successful introductions.
Particular priority will be given to any proposals within the M25, Home Counties and the M4 Corridor.
