Full time (40 hrs per week) and part time (20 hrs per week) positions available. Starting salary: from £16,450 per annum (full time).
Purpose of the Job
To assist in the operation, development and housekeeping of the store in an efficient and effective manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, customer focussed assistance to customers either face to face or via the phone
- Contribute to the achievement of financial targets for the store
- Administration functions within the company’s operating and financial proceedures
- Carry out store housekeeping and cleaning, ensuring that it presents a professional image at all times
- Comply with all Health and Safety Legislation
- Ensure the total, safe running of the store

Full time (40 hrs per week) and part time (20 hrs per week) positions available. Starting salary: from £19,750 per annum (full time).
Purpose of the Job
To work with the Store Manager to maximise the overall sales and profit targets within the store and to ensure compliance of all company procedures and policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the running of the store on occasions when the Store Manager is absent
- Providing financial figures and reporting information to the company as requested
- Identify any opportunities for improving the profitability of the store and bring these opportunities to the attention of the company
- Provide responsive, customer focused assistance to customers either face to face or via the phone
- Administration functions within the company’s operating and financial procedures
- Carry out Store housekeeping and cleaning, ensuring that it presents a professional image at all times
- Comply with all Health and Safety Legislation

Store Manager (click for further information)
All Store Manager positions are offered on a full time basis. Starting salary £27,000.
Purpose of the Job
The Store Manager is pivotal in ensuring company profitability through the provision of continuous sales activities, excellent customer service and high-level organisational management.
The overall role of the Store Manager is:
- To grow and develop the store through sales activities and excellent customer service
- To ensure that maximum profitable capacity is achieved at all times
- To sell space and promote the company as a leading supplier of self storage in the United Kingdom
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve the financial targets set for the Store
- Identify and quantify the opportunities available for increasing occupancy and revenue within his or her Store
- Design and carry out marketing and sales plans in respect of their own Store with planned support from the Sales Manager
- Respond effectively and positively to the diverse needs of each customer
- Recruit, train, develop and sustain employees in the team to ensure that standards are maintained at the highest levels at all times
- Maintain a safe, healthy and clean Store for the benefit of customers and staff alike
- Manage, monitor and adapt the working practices of the Store to ensure that the Store is operating to its optimum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company operational and financial procedures
