We have 2 sizes of mail box, both with good capacity compared to other mailbox suppliers:

What’s the difference between your mailbox and mailing address services?
Both our PO Box and mailing address services allow you to have your mail sent to a credible business address.
With our mailbox service you rent a physical mailbox.
The mailing address service provides a collection and holding service for your mail. To collect it you visit the store reception.
What security do you have?
All Access centres, and the mailbox area, are monitored round-the-clock by CCTV. We also have smoke and fire detectors which are linked to BT Redcare. Most facilities also have a perimeter fence and gates.
Do I have 24 hour access to my mailbox?
Yes, depending on your chosen store. Check the ‘locations and rental rates’ tab to find out which stores offer a 24 hour access service, or call us on 0800 731 6026 and we’ll be happy to help.
What is the minimum mailbox rental period?
The minimum time you can rent a PO Box or use our mailing address service is 1 calendar month.
How long can I rent a mailbox or use your mailing address service for?
You can rent a PO Box or use our mailing address service for as long as you need. We also offer discounts for long-term rentals when you pay in advance.
When and how often can I access my mail box?
In all our facilities, you can visit your mailbox or collect your mail from reception (mailing address service), as many times as you like during our extensive reception hours – which are 7 days a week in most stores.
In stores offering 24 hour or extended hours access, you can continue to access your PO Box as often as you require at no additional charge.
Can I call you to check whether I have any mail before I come to collect it?
You certainly can!
Can I have my mail forwarded to me?
Yes. For a small additional charge we can forward your mail on a weekly or monthly basis to a UK or overseas mailing address.
Will you sign for registered mail and parcels?
Yes, our store staff will sign for any mail and parcel deliveries. Where they won’t fit in your mailbox, we’ll also hold them securely for 24 hours free of charge.
Can I send mail from an Access Self Storage centre?
All our stores are DHL service points so you are able to send mail and parcels by courier. We do not however offer a Royal Mail postal service.
Do I have to pay a mailbox deposit, admin or setup fee?
We require you to pay a deposit of 1 month’s rental when you take a mailbox or use our mailing address service. We do not however charge you a further key deposit, admin or set-up fees.
When do I pay my mailbox rental fee and how often?
We require payment on the 1st of each month unless you have pre-paid with one of our long-term discount options.
How do I pay for my mailbox or mailing address?
We offer a number of payment options including direct debit, credit card, debit card and cheque. We do not however take payment in cash.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, you will need to sign an Agreement when you start to rent your mailbox or mailing address.
How much notice do you need when I want to cancel?
We require just 7 days notice in writing when you want to cancel your mailbox - an email will do. We will then calculate any refund for unused rental time that you are due.
